Lewis Kinard is a successful leader who has field and management experience working to improve legal and business operations, streamline functions in existing operations and launch growth and expansion initiatives at program and corporate levels. Lewis Kinard's legal, information technology and business backgrounds combine to form a strong foundation in today’s “new media” economy.

Lewis has general corporate counsel experience in corporate and government contracts; state, federal & international compliance; sales, support and optimization of secure hosted solutions for insurance companies; real estate transactions; and HR, labor & employment law.

Lewis' legal experience has ranged across North America from Alaska to Florida, Canada to Texas, and from the U.K to Lithuania in Europe, including negotiating contracts, retaining and overseeing outside counsel, M&A activities and bankruptcy & civil litigation in the dauntless pursuit of those who defraud elderly and low-income consumers. He has a demonstrated ability to adapt to unusual challenges and successfully resolve obstacles promptly.

Lewis is a frequent speaker and author on these areas and has been both a criminal judge and radio talk show host. He currently serves on the Texas Bar Association's standing Committee on Texas Disciplinary Rules of Professional Responsibility, and the Texas Access to Justice Foundation's "TexasLawHelp.org Website Steering Committee" and "Self-represented Litigants Commission." You can reach him through the Comments feature beneath each post.

He is not accepting clients in legal matters at this time, due to practice restrictions.
